Use these steps to reset your password in OneLogin.
Step 1: Open your profile menu
- Click on your name or initials at the top right of the OneLogin portal.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Change your password
- Select Change Password from the left menu.
- Enter your Current password.
- Enter a New password that meets the security requirements:
- Minimum 15 characters
- At least 3 of these: 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 number, 1 special character
- Confirm your new password by typing it again.
- Save the changes.
If password reset fails, open a ticket with IT and include:
- Screenshot of the error
- Confirmation that you completed the steps above
