Step 1: Get approval
Ask one of the following people to approve the token top-up:
- Omer Gafni
- Gil Makmel
- Erez Yehezkel
- Tomer Adi
- Niv Shimoni
- Meni Yudborovski
- Shlomo Ben Yosef
The approved top-up amount can be up to $100.
Save a screenshot of the approval.
Step 2: Note if you already received a $100 top-up this month
If you have already received a $100 top-up this month and need an additional top-up, you must get approval from Omer Gafni to add another $100.
Step 3: Prepare the request details
Before opening the ticket, make sure you have:
- Approval screenshot
- Approved top-up amount
- Full name of the person who needs the top-up
- Email address of the person who needs the top-up
Step 4: Open a ticket
- Open a new IT ticket.
- Use the subject: Claude Code token top-up.
- Attach the approval screenshot.
- Add the approved amount.
- Add who the top-up is for.
Example:
Claude Code token top-up approved for $100.
Approved by: Gil Makmel.
For: Full Name, user@pentera.io.

- If you do not have approval yet, get approval before opening the ticket.
- If you already opened a ticket, reply with:
- Approval screenshot
- Approved top-up amount
- Full name and email address of the person who needs the top-up
