To fix invalid vCenter lab credentials, follow the steps below based on your environment.
Step 1: Identify your vCenter environment
- Check if your vCenter environment is RND (Research & Development) or QA (Quality Assurance).
- If unsure, confirm with your manager or IT support.
Step 2: Reset password for RND vCenter
- Open a web browser.
- Go to http://10.0.2.55:8080/pwm (if you don't remember the password to PWM then open a ticket to IT).
- Use this portal to reset your vCenter password following the on-screen instructions.
- After resetting, try logging in with your new password.
Step 3: Request help for QA vCenter
- If you are using a QA vCenter and cannot log in, open a ticket with your IT support team.
- Provide the following details in your ticket:
- Your username for vCenter.
- The error message you receive.
- Confirmation that you tried logging in after knowing your credentials.

Open a ticket with IT and include:
