Step 1: Get approval
- Ask one of the following people to approve the top-up:
- Omer Gafni
- Gil Makmel
- Erez Yehezkel
- Tomer Adi
- Niv Shimoni
- Meni Yudborovski
- Shlomo Ben Yosef
- The approved top-up amount can be up to
$100 - Save a screenshot of the approval
Step 2: Prepare the request details
Before opening the ticket, make sure you have:
- Approval screenshot
- Approved top-up amount
- Full name of the person who needs the top-up
- Email address of the person who needs the top-up
Step 3: Open a ticket
- Open a new IT ticket
- Use the subject:
Claude Code token top-up - Attach the approval screenshot
- Add the approved amount
- Add who the top-up is for
Example:
Claude Code token top-up approved for $100.
Approved by: Gil Makmel.
For: Full Name, user@pentera.io.
Approval screenshot attached.Step 4: If information is missing
If you do not have approval yet, get approval before opening the ticket.
If you already opened a ticket, reply to the ticket with:
- Approval screenshot
- Approved top-up amount
- Full name and email address of the person who needs the top-up
